Library/Media Center Rules
Checking-out Books and Behavior in the Library/Media Center
1. Students can check out 2 books a one time
2. Students must have their student ID card to check out a book.
3. Students can have the books for 15 school days.
4. Fines for over due books is 5 cents each school day the book is overdue.
5. Notices will be sent to students in their language arts and Home Room classes.
Twice a trimester notices will be emailed to parents. Please update your email address on Aspire.
6. Replacement cost will be charged for damaged books, materials, and equipment.
7. No running, pushing, shoving, or fighting in the library.
8. No loud talking, yelling, or making unacceptable noises.
9. Follow all directions given by your teacher or the librarian.
10. Do not go into unauthorized areas .Exit the library through the main doors.
11. Students are not allowed in the workroom or the back rooms of the library
12. Respect the rights of others to use the resources of the library.
13. No food, candy, cookies, chips, gum, or drinks are allowed in the Library.
