Computer Lab Rules and Behavior
1. Students may use the computers when their class is not in the lab if they have a permission slip from
their teacher explaining the assignment they are assigned to do.
2. Student’s need their ID card to access a computer before school, at lunch, or when they come without
their class.
3. The computers cannot be used to play games, surf the internet, chat in chat rooms, instant message,
email, or do anything that the teacher has not assigned .
4. All students must have the Acceptable Use form signed and returned to the school before they can use a computer.
5. The BRMS Library follows the provisions of the District 4177 Student Computer Acceptable Use policy.
6. Black and white printing available. Check with the Librarian or your teacher before printing.
7. No food, gum, candy, or drinks including water are allowed in the computer areas.
8. Computer lab hours are 30 minutes before school and at lunch time if the lab is not being used by a
class or for a meeting.
